YPWC has been serving young people around the world for the past 15 years on issues ranging from education to employment, and health. We are currently looking up to engage young people through more social media and would like a volunteer who is interested in creating content to engage youth. By supporting our work you will be contributing to youth-related SDGs including Goal 2 (hunger), Goal 4 (education), Goal 5 (gender equality), Goal 8 (decent work). Moreover, volunteers will gain some understanding of youth development. We have had successful volunteers who are almost about finishing their tasks by 15 November 2023 so we would like volunteers who are ready to start and also we will use this to also allow new volunteers to learn some good practices from out-going volunteers.

YPWC is searching for four experienced Online Volunteers who will help us create content for social media to promote our visibility and profile. Tasks include developing social media posts. Online volunteers will also help us create content for various social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. Online volunteers will make at least eight social media posts on each social media platform per day.

Applicants should have an experience in social media engagement, good knowledge of online marketing tools and channels, excellent communication and strong writing and editing skills, and experience designing outreach/marketing tools. Knowledge of tools like Canva is great. Also, applicants must have a strong interest in youth development.
