Overview
Oversee and manage direct service programs in Kansas City, Kansas.
You have:
- An undergraduate degree required; preferably in Social Work, Human Services or a related field of study.
- Experience in successfully implementing refugee resettlement, immigrant services, human trafficking programs, and/or similar programming serving vulnerable populations.
- Minimum of five (5) years of professional work experience with progressive levels of responsibility, including supervisory and program management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to promote an organizational culture that reflects IRC’s core values of service, accountability, integrity, and equality.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; fluent English required.
- Solid organizational and project management skills to promote productivity and efficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a multi-cultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet research.
