Supervise health and wellness initiatives for client accessibility.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in health care, public health, social work, or related field preferred
- At least two years of experience providing social services or health programming for vulnerable populations.
- Ability to handle complex and sensitive cases and to work effectively with clients who have a wide range of psychosocial, protection, health, immigration, and criminal justice issues.
- Published materials must be culturally and linguistically appropriate for refugee, immigrant, and other communities.
- Spoken fluency in English, and another language spoken by IRC target population preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully in cross-cultural environment.
- Solid organizational skills with ability to multi-task, set priorities, manage time and meet deadlines.
