Overview
Provide leadership in molecular breeding and genetic research at CIP-China.
You have:
- MSc in Biology, Microbiology and/or related Agricultural Sciences specialization. PhD also accepted.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in similar position.
- Experience in lab, people and project management.
- Knowledge of the latest technologies applicable to molecular biology, genetics and genomics.
- Fluent in official language according to country location (Mandarin).
- Advanced level in written and spoken English.
- Specialization in Experimental design and Budget management.
- Knowledge of Gene/QTL discovery and characterization (forward & reverse genetics) and Molecular applications in plant genetic tools, populations and field-based experiments.
- Sense of Accountability, management skills.
- Analytical thinking, hard worker, organized, good communicating and continuous improvement.
