Overview

Support effective implementation of sweetpotato-focused agricultural interventions.

You have:

  • Master’s degree in Agriculture, Biology, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of agriculture in Madagascar and field experience in agricultural settings are preferred.
  • Specialized knowledge of sweetpotato is an added advantage.
  • Experience in designing training tools, providing agricultural extension services, and working with smallholder farmers.
  • Experience with gender-responsive interventions is preferred.
  • Excellent written and spoken French and Malagasy.
  • Working knowledge of English is required.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, team spirit, and effective interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Ability to use digital tools is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office software packages.
  • Ability to work in challenging environments and under pressure.
