- Good communication skills.

Job Description
Job Overview/Summary: The Senior Protection Case Management Officer will be responsible for reviewing protection cases including EPA cases aligned with the EPA SOP, coordinating with the finance department for financial processes and documentation, the supply chain for procurement of PWD assistive devices, the MEAL department for the EPA database, and other departments based on the project activities under the supervision of the Protection Case Management Specialist. She/he will closely work with the Protection Case Management Specialist for implementing EPA and Case Management activities and will receive technical support from PCMS.
Main Responsibilities:
The major responsibilities of the Senior Protection Case Management Officer are listed below:
Management of Cases
- Review of EPA cases submitted by Protection Officers (EPA) from field offices and discuss with Protection Case Management Specialist on a day-to-day basis. - Provide information to Protection Officers (EPA) whether submitted cases are eligible or not for further processing for case response. - Closely work with EPA Officers for EPA case submission in Comcare, case discussions, provide guidance for case assessments, and develop action plans for case response. - Support Protection Officers (EPA) from field offices for getting approval from budget holders and Finance. - Organize regular meetings with EPA officers and produce meeting notes and shares to protection managers, coordinators, and protection case management specialists. - Ensure appropriate monitoring, review, and follow-up of cases, including complete and updated documentation. ▪ Closely work with MEAL colleagues for the case management including EPA database and conduct PDM. - Conduct other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Data management and reporting
- Manage the Case management including EPA database, supporting documents, PR/PCR, and other related documents, and store and update them in the box by ensuring the confidentiality of the beneficiaries’ information. - Combine the monthly EPA tracker from all project locations under each grant and share it with the Protection Case Management Specialist. - Participate in monthly EPA, interim, and annual grant reporting with the guidance of a Protection Case Management Specialist. - Support the implementation of M&E tools and conduct a PDM satisfaction survey for EPA activity.
L******o******c******al******-******l******evel coordination and representation
- Coordinate with Protection Managers for smoothly delivering EPA assistance. - Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain departments for financial and procurement processes as necessary.

Other Internal and/or external contacts: Protection officers (EPA), Protection Mangers, Protection Coordinator, Protection Case Management Specialist and MEAL colleagues.
