- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in project management and portfolio management.
- Advanced degree in business administration, economics, finance, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, with ability to contribute to the implementation of projects.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team environment.
- Prior experience working in international organizations or development finance institutions is preferred.

Organizational Setting and Reporting Relationship
The position of Senior Portfolio Management Specialist is assigned to the Uzbekistan Resident Mission (URM) within the Central and West Asia Department (CWRD).
You will report to the Country Director and will supervise junior team members responsible for project administration and portfolio management.
Your Role
As a Senior Portfolio Management Specialist, you will be responsible for implementation of ADB's sovereign operations, including planning and conducting of regular reviews of the status and progress of loans, technical assistance (TAs) projects, lending and non-lending operations in coordination with the Country Operations Heads.
