Support effective grant management and donor compliance for the UNOCHA-funded project.
You have:
- At least 5-8 years’ experience within the finance department of a national or international organisation, including experience with financial management and donor reporting in emergencies.
- Master’s degree, preferably in Finance/ Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
- Excellent analytical skills – the ability to analyse complex financial data and design and produce effective management information.
- Strong budgeting and budget management skills.
- Proficiency in computerised accounts packages, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and to work under tight deadlines.

The Opportunity The Coordinator- Awards Management will support effective grant management and donor compliance for the UNOCHA-funded project in line with Save the Children International (SCI) policies and donor requirements. The role holder will coordinate grant-related processes, including tracking of project deliverables, reporting timelines, and compliance requirements.
Working under the technical guidance of Senior Manager – Awards the supervision of the Project Manager, the Coordinator will ensure timely preparation and submission of donor reports, grant documentation, and budget revisions. The position will also support coordination between programme, finance, MEAL, and operations teams to ensure effective implementation and compliance with donor regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
