You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management or Computer Science, Development Studies or related field.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in M&E roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in analytical and data management skills, including proficiency in Excel, Power BI, CommCare, and KOBO Toolbox.
- Proficient in Pashto, Dari, and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel, with 40% of the role focused on field site visits across provinces to support monitoring and evaluation activities.
Job Description
UpdateMonitoring and Data Management •Assist in the design and implementation of monitoring frameworks and tools to track AQBE activities. •Conduct regular field visits to monitor project activities and ensure data collection processes are being accurately implemented in the field. •Support timely collection, validation, analysis and visualization of data to assess the effectiveness of project interventions. •Collaborate with the Senior Data Officer and Senior M&E Manager to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting. •Support in regular data reviews to inform project adaptations and decision-making. •Support the Senior M&E Manager in conducting data quality assessments (DQAs) and data validation exercises.
Evaluation and Reporting •Support the implementation of assessments/research/evaluations for AQBE. •Support the Senior M&E Manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual M&E reports. •Assist in the design of data collection tools, including surveys, interviews, and FGDs.
Capacity Building •Support the Senior M&E Manager in building the capacity of partner M&E teams on M&E tools and processes, ensuring alignment with AQBE standards.
Other Duties •Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the overall success of the project
