Overview
Assist in MEL plan preparation and implementation at Mercy Corps.
You have:
- A minimum of five years of experience in international development programs, with a Master's degree in Social Sciences or Graduation with seven years of relevant experience, and a focus on Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), with a proven track record of three years in M&E roles.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in project planning, reporting, project monitoring, and learning processes.
- Previous experience in overseeing M&E teams or any project team for sizable projects.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting field monitoring and supportive supervision.
- Proven track record of effective collaboration with local and national partners.
- Knowledge of M&E principles is a must.
- Experience working in a Global Fund-funded program in a grant management unit will be a plus.
- Experience of working in public health programs, especially the TB program, along with the above skills, will be an advantage.
- Must be fluent in Urdu and English; fluency in any other regional languages will be a plus.
- Computer Proficiency: MS WORD (Advanced user), MS EXCEL (Advanced user), MS PowerPoint, MS OUTLOOK (Working Knowledge, working on different data collection software
