- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-mail, Outlook
- Previous experience in Oracle is a distinct advantage
- Attention to detail and ability to organize paperwork in a methodical way
- Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage

The UN Volunteer will be an integral part of the IRH Human Resources (HR) team. Working closely with the HR Associate and the Operations team, the UN Volunteer will provide critical day-to-day administrative and operational assistance. This assignment is essential to bridging current capacity gaps, supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, maintaining accurate HR data, and ensuring that the IRH workforce continues to receive timely and effective HR services.
Under the direct supervision of UNDP IRH Human Resources (HR) Associate, the UN Volunteer is responsible for: • Provide clerical assistance for the smooth running of the Human Resources processes and activities in the office • Provide general assistance in recruitment process including circulation of vacancy announcements, interview arrangements, preparation of materials necessary for the interviews and technical test, support with reference checks, sending out messages to candidates, etc. • Internship management • Perform other related duties as assigned

The UN Volunteer will be responsible for arranging her/his own housing and other living essentials.
The Summary of UNV Entitlement (National Associate): All paid in local currency • Current Monthly Living Allowance (MLA): USD 645.91 (paid in Turkish Lira) • Private insurance coverage by CIGNA • Entry lump sum (one time payment): USD 200 Note to citizens of Türkiye: As per UN’s diplomatic mission status, it is not included in National Security Institution’s (SGK) system but can be only initiated on private basis.
