Overview
Oversee and implement health programs in camp settings, ensuring quality and effective service delivery.
You have:
- Preferably 6-7 years work experience in managing Health program or coordination role;
- Proven experience in responding to health in emergencies / humanitarian crisis in refugee settings.
- Excellent project management and budget management skills.
- Excellent emergency response planning and response management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading, building and strengthening a program team in a dynamic, challenging and changing context.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising, mentoring and building capacity of national staff.
- Ability to deal with competing demands and requests; and to be innovative, flexible, and adaptive.
- Must adhere to confidentiality policies and codes of conduct.
- Must be computer literate (Word and Excel). Fluency in English.
- Understanding of Rohyinga language an asset; and Preference will be given to those who are familiar and have worked in Rohingya Camps.
