Job Description

Job Overview/Summary: As part of IRC’s Strategy 100, IRC’s Resettlement, Asylum, and Integration Programs Department will continue and expand on its commitment to delivering impactful programs and services, focusing on raising program quality through giving clients greater influence over program design and delivery, better using research and other evidence, powering decisions with data, and more agile and impactful, outcomes-focused program design. Senior and Data Reporting Specialist will be responsible for setting up and improving systems to ensure that results are captured and reported in an accurate and timely manner and that lessons learned are documented.

Major Responsibilities:

· Develop project indicator tracking systems and related data collection tools in collaboration with project team, piloting as needed.

· If feasible, develop data dashboard to present real-time program data on progress toward output, outcome, and objective targets in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format.

· Work with program managers and coordinators to update project information, including lessons learned, in RAI’s project mapping tool on a quarterly basis.

· Assist offices with preparation for monitoring and auditing visits.

· Support office leadership with data quality assurance and analysis

· Train and provide ongoing support to program staff in use of data collection tools, including tools to capture client feedback.

· Supporting program staff in developing and implementing strategies to close client feedback loop (i.e., reporting back action taken based on feedback).

· Participate in RAI MEL meetings as time allows, sharing good practice and inputting recommendations, learning, and knowledge into global MEL related tools and processes.

· Other duties as assigned.

Key Working Relationships:

This position is based in Sacramento CA and reports directly to the Senior Program Manager, Protection and Wellness, with frequent coordination with Program Managers and Coordinators.

Job Requirements****:

· University undergraduate degree preferred, relevant experience may substitute for degree

· Experience with social service case management or program management software, client relationship management, relational databases, or other information systems for client management.

Skills and Competencies:

· Technical skills related to reporting and tracking.

· Proven experience with indicator tracking and donor reporting.

· Experience with data management systems. Experience with Social Solutions’ ETO platform is highly desired.

· A strong understanding of client feedback systems and demonstrated dedication to applying a GEDI lens to monitoring, evaluation, and learning.

· Understanding of strategies to safeguard client data.

· A strong understanding of principles and processes involved in collection of data from linguistically diverse, RIM populations.

· Proven experience with donor reporting and data visualization.

- Project management skills. - Advanced knowledge of Excel.

· Comfort working and collaborating in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Teams.

- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data analysis software and Power BI a plus. - Strong attention to detail (excellent proofreading and editing skills). - Ability to work flexibly both independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. - Strong critical thinking capabilities with an ability to rapidly assess situational needs, develop problem solving strategies, and implement sustainable solutions.

Language Skills: English language fluency. Fluency in additional client language preferred.
