Overview

Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles supporting Francophone West Africa and Global Program Teams.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree & a minimum of 5 years proven recruiting experience hiring for a wide range of positions, ideally in international or cross-cultural environments.
  • Proven track record sourcing and placing candidates in technical or specialized roles.
  • Expertise in creative sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, pipelines) and applicant development including the creation of passive candidate pipelines.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting a diverse range of interviews (behavioral, technical, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously (up to 17 at a time).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Prior experience developing assessment tools for Hiring Managers.
  • Fluency in English and in French is required.
  • Experience recruiting internationally preferred.
