Overview
Lead full-cycle recruitment for roles supporting Francophone West Africa and Global Program Teams.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree & a minimum of 5 years proven recruiting experience hiring for a wide range of positions, ideally in international or cross-cultural environments.
- Proven track record sourcing and placing candidates in technical or specialized roles.
- Expertise in creative sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, pipelines) and applicant development including the creation of passive candidate pipelines.
- Demonstrated experience conducting a diverse range of interviews (behavioral, technical, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills, with a high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously (up to 17 at a time).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Prior experience developing assessment tools for Hiring Managers.
- Fluency in English and in French is required.
- Experience recruiting internationally preferred.
