You have:
- 2 or more years of experience working in a similar field.
- Excellent technical capacities and experience in graphic design.
- Experience in development communication, particularly in producing videos for international organisations.
- Experience in working with UN agencies and other international organizations is an asset.
- Knowledge of French is an asset.

The need for better communication of evaluation results is widely recognized as an effective way to reach out to policy makers and increase the utility of the results for concerned stakeholders. Indeed, stakeholders in the Gender and Development arena need credible information on which to base their decisions at local, national, and international scales. Production and visualization of evaluation data easily get the message across and offer the potential to provide actionable insights to individuals and groups. Evaluators and communicators need to collaborate in a systematic manner to capture the attention of wider audiences both within and outside UN Women stakeholders and communicate evaluation results.
Consequently, the Evaluation Unit has taken steps to communicate lessons drawn from various programming experiences to staff, beneficiaries, supporters and funders. To advance this project, the Evaluation Unit would now like to draw attention to the evaluation of the 4 projects conducted by UN Women office in Central Republic (CAR) office, appraising the results of projects advancing gender equality in the country. pdate
Under the direct supervision of the Evaluation Unit and support from the Communication Team, the 4 selected Graphically Designed evaluation final report and Brief Online Volunteers will be required to: (Each online volunteers) Develop 01 brief’s overall graphic concept; Develop 01 final report’s overall graphic concept; Provide inputs and revise the drafts of the brief and final report content for fit with graphic requirements Present a draft of the graphic design(s) to UN Women for comments Produce the final version(s) of the graphic design
2 and above years of experience working in similar field. Excellent technical capacities and experience in graphic design Experience in development communication, particularly in producing videos for international organisations with the aim of reaching both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in working with UN agencies and other international organizations is an asset. Knowledge of French is an asset
