Provide financial management support for fundraising across Europe.

You have:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial management within international NGOs or donor-funded organizations.
Proven track record in developing donor-compliant budgets, financial reports, and portfolio monitoring (including BvAs and payroll allocations).
Strong experience supporting business development, proposal development, and donor negotiations.
Strong understanding of donor regulations (e.g., EC, UNHCR, National AMIF, Commercial contracts etc.).
Fluency in English required; knowledge of another European language is an asset.
Ability to travel frequently across Europe at short notice.
