- Proven experience in Personnel Management
- Excellent English and Dari/Pashtu
- Must have IT skills
- 2-4 Years’ Experience in working with international NGOs/in the IT field
- Good organizational and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology is the basic requirement
Job Description
1. monitoring and maintaining all field offices computers systems and networks; 2. To ensure that all IRC field offices computers are in working order. 3. Troubleshoot end user hardware and software issues 4. setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; 5. Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate. 6. testing and evaluating new technology; 7. Troubleshoot BVA, Integra and Box problems, 8. Appropriate IT Support to Kabul IT Department. 9. Ability to perform installations, computer Operating system, and wireless Access points, Routers, Network Printers, MS Office 365 2013/2016, Win10 and monthly preventative maintenance of office computers, system Printers, copiers. 10. Ensure compliance with the IRC IT policy by all computer users 11. Good troubleshooting skills using logic and common sense. 12. Maintain IT inventory database for IT hardware and software and update All IT assets in online database and offline management 13. Work with all staff to use Box for all official data storage. 14. monthly IT activity report to IT Coordinator 15. Support procurement department in identifying and selecting hardware required by the field sites 16. Deliver different IT related trainings to the end users/each field staff 17. Update IT documentation, Port mapping for all field offices 18. Regular Field trip to all field offices. 19. Daily IT Ticketing management, (Service-Now) 20. Close work with Field IT to provide proper support and onsite training to field IT

Qualifications
