You have:

Médicin de formation ou domaine similaire, de préférence spécialiste en santé publique.
Au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience dans le domaine de supervision en soins de santé primaires avec une bonne expertise en santé mentale et santé de la reproduction en situation d'urgence.
Expérience dans le renforcement des capacités et collaboration avec d'autres ONG, les DPS, les CIMS et les organisations communautaires.
Connaissance du système de santé de la RDC.
Formation en gestion des projets similaires.
Excellente capacité de rédaction des rapports bailleurs et la gestion des budgets.
Excellente capacité interpersonnelle et communication.
Bonne capacité d'analyse.
Connaissance professionnelle en anglais serait un plus.
Être rigoureux(se), capable de respecter des échéances, réactif(ve) et avec une force de proposition.
