Overview
Lead safety and security for CHAI in Southeast Asia and the Pacific.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5–7 years of experience supporting and managing colleagues from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
- Experience in an international NGO, embassy, or multilateral organization strongly preferred.
- Prior experience living and working in the Southeast Asia and Pacific region preferred.
- Proven ability to liaise effectively with diplomatic missions, international organizations, government agencies, and local authorities.
- Demonstrated ability to remain composed under pressure and effectively manage staff emergencies.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of building strong working relationships.
- Experience working remotely with distributed teams is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in security management or project management are an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and navigate complex challenges.
