NRC is looking for a Regional Head of Health, Safety & Security (HSS) to join the Asia, Europe and Latin America (AELA) Regional Office. The Regional Head of HSS will serve as the lead technical resource on health, safety and security risks and crisis management across the AELA region. If you are an empathetic leader, with good diplomacy and negotiation skills, and an action-oriented problem solver, then this it the role for you!
What You Will Do
- Global HSS Management System implementation.
- Strategy and budget development and implementation.
- HSS context regional overview and security development.
- HSS risk management of staff, assets, operations, and reputation.
- HSS risk management culture endorsement and implementation.
- Risk management compliance at country and regional level.
- Crisis management capacity development.
- Technical guidance provision on specialised issues.

What We Offer
- Oslo, Norway duty station, preferably.
- 24-month contract duration.
- 30% travel, approximately.
