Overview

Assist in warehouse operations to ensure timely registration and distribution of supplies.

You have:

  • Secondary education level, able to work during late hours and weekends.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in stock management with UN agencies, NGOs, or recognized major companies.
  • Fluent in speaking and writing French, knowledge of Arabic, English, and other local languages is an asset.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Contract

This is a G-5 contract. This kind of contract is known as General Service and related categories. It is normally only for nationals. It usually requires 5 years of experience, depending on education. More about G-5 contracts.

How can you make a difference?

OBJECTIF GENERAL Permettre l’enregistrement à temps dans le système des intrants reçus à l’entrepôt et permettre ainsi au programme de procéder aux distributions rapides des intrants aux différents partenaires. OBJECTIFS SPECIFIQUES • Superviser les équipes de manutentionnaires et surtout lors de confection des différents Kits • Appuyer dans les inventaires quotidiens et inventaires périodiques • Appuyer dans la gestion des contrats logistiques • Appuyer dans la réception et distribution en cas d’absence du staff de WH • Appuyer les bureaux terrain en cas d’absence du staff WH soit physiquement ou en remote • Aider l’équipe Logistique dans l’end user monitoring avec le staff du programme • Appuyer l’équipe Logistique et supply dans la gestion des échantillons • Appuyer l’équipe Logistique dans différentes inspections des intrants lors de la réception par les fournisseurs locaux • Appuyer dans la rédaction de différents rapports logistiques • Être en mesure de couvrir tout autre staff Logistique pendant son absence RÉSULTATS ATTENDUS/ LIVRABLES • Mise a jour du system vison des intrants réceptionnés et distribués dans l’entrepôt de Ndjamena • Rangement physique du stock pour faciliter la mise a jours physiques des inventaires • Gestion rapide des sorties des stocks selon la demande du programme • Confection rapide de différents kits demande par le programme • Appui systématique aux bureaux différents bureaux de Zone
