You have:
- University Graduated in Business or Agriculture
- 2-4 years relevant experience in livelihoods, report writing, and project supervision or management
- Training skills
- Community engagement skills
- Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, monitoring, and training delivery
- Fluency in Pashto or Dari and English
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Access, and the internet
Job Description
General Duties:
- Assist in preparing the required workplans and action plans. - Conduct field visits to monitor activities and provide technical guidance and support as required. - Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required by the donor. - Participate in internal program and external coordination meetings. - Provide mentoring, coaching and capacity building to CSOs staff as needed. - Pay visits to the project and CSOs’ sites. - Provide technical support to SCOs for smooth implementation of the project. - Participate in the facilitation and implementation of beneficiaries’ need assessment surveys and develop action plans based on the data analysis. - Provide inputs to the IEC materials to CSOs for trainings and public awareness raising.
Specific Duties:
- Work with the field and main office team members to gather the required data and inputs for the weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and other adhoc reports as required by IRC program, grants and other departments. - Participate in meetings with team members, members of other departments within IRC and with CSOs and provide inputs as needed. - Conduct at least one quarterly field visit to monitor, supervise and verify project activities and staff and prepare reports and recommended corrective actions. - Prepare capacity building materials in close collaboration with other ERD team members and other IRC departments. - Conduct capacity building trainings and events for field team members and for the staff of CSOs. - Take active parts in internal and external meetings and prepare meeting notes for sharing with the relevant colleagues for taking the required actions. - Any other job related duty as deemed necessary by the supervisor.

- Education: University Graduated (Business/ Agriculture/) - Years of Experience: 2-4 years relevant experience in livelihoods, report writing, and project supervision or management. - Skills: Training skills, community engagement skills, report writing and communication skills - Technical Competency: Proven experience in mentoring, coaching, monitoring, and training delivery. - Communication and reporting skills: The candidate is required to have proven experience in report writing. - Fluency in Pashto or Dari and English is required. - Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, and internet) is required.
