Overview

Ensure quality improvement for MEL in TB and other programs.

You have:

  • Master’s degree in business administration/public health/Statistics, or Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline.
  • At least 8 years of working experience, with at least three years’ experience with an INGO in MEL, is required.
  • Experience in designing and establishing M&E tools and systems, digitizing tools, creating dashboards, conducting learning sessions, and conducting data quality assessments.
  • Computer skills, especially CommCare, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, including Pivot and Power Query, TOLA Data, Ona Data, and MaxQDA, are a must.
  • Experience building or strengthening monitoring systems, conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, designing survey methodology, and promoting evidence-based monitoring.
  • Demonstrated ability to build staff capacity in technology.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must, and fluency in local languages is desirable. Excellent communication skills and report-writing skills are required.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, following procedures, meeting deadlines, and working and problem-solving independently and cooperatively.
