You have:
- Experience working with patients with mental health concerns.
- Medical degree and graduated from Mental health Specialty program / Psychiatrist.
- Knowing Dari language is required.
- Knowing English is an advantage.
- Attended Neurology fellowships.
- Physically fit for daily movements to the field.

- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients with mental health concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Prescribe and monitor medication for patients as appropriate.
- Provide psychotherapy and counselling to patients and their families.
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement and performance management activities to ensure the highest standards of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely reporting as the requiremtn of MoPH, WVA and donor
- Required Professional Experience
- Experience working with patients with mental health concerns.
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for mental health disorders.
