Contract
This is a UNV contract. More about UNV contracts.
The GFCR is currently in its second year of operationalisation and is thus seeking to structure and establish the operating principles, programme cycles, guidelines, templates, and procedures for the day-to-day operations of the Fund. Through Operational Guidance Notes, the GFCR will codify operating standards to be followed by all relevant stakeholders.
We are looking for one Online Volunteer who will support us with researching, compiling, and analysing operational best practices relevant to the GFCR and translating these analyses into draft Operational Guidance Notes. Under the direct oversight of the GFCR's Operations & Coordination Analyst, the Online Volunteer is asked to:
- Produce comparative analysis reports on the operational manual of other pre-identified Funds (publicly available through https://mptf.undp.org/)
- Draft Operational Guidance Notes based on the comparative analysis report
- Create process maps and prescriptive templates to concretize and illustrate the processes outlined in the Operational Guidance Notes
Candidates should have strong analytical and writing/editing skills. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Prior experience with implementing, developing, and/or improving organisational processes is highly desirable.
