You have:
- Minimum two (2) years of professional experience working experience in counselling or humanitarian assistance. Experience working within the relevant context preferred.
- Previous experience working with an NGO or INGO required, experience with protection programming preferred.
- Good English communications skills both verbal and written.
- People who have sound knowledge in Chittagonian dialect and culture will get preference.
- Full professional competency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong problem-solving skills and leadership with ability to be flexible, adaptable, and creative in a challenging and fast-moving multicultural environment.
- High standards written and spoken English and Bangla and Chittagonian is required.
