Conduct protection monitoring and support for vulnerable populations.
You have:
- Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian; English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in social research, conducting surveys, interviews, and consulting.
- Experience in organizing group work, trainings, training events, working groups, mentoring.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to demonstrate empathy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
- Positive and professional work attitude, including the ability to lead and work in a team.
- High level of flexibility and ability to organize work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to perform several tasks simultaneously, paying special attention to details.
