Responsible for protection monitoring and community engagement in Ukraine.

You have:

Language skills: Ukrainian, Russian - fluent, English will be an advantage.
Previous experience in social research, conducting surveys, interviews, and consulting.
Experience in organizing group work, trainings, training events, working groups, mentoring, etc.
Excellent communication skills - ability to demonstrate empathy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
Positive and professional work attitude, including the ability to lead and work in a team.
High level of flexibility, ability to organize work independently, meet deadlines, maintain self-control in stressful situations, prioritize work under pressure, ability to perform several tasks simultaneously, paying special attention to details.
