Support innovative market-based interventions focused on childcare and livelihoods.
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in working with other agencies.
- Fluent in English and Amharic; additional language is a strong benefit.
- Experience in private sector and community engagement is strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and networking skills with a wide range of actors.
- Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
