Overview
Deliver training workshops to enhance capacity building in public health.
You have:
- Master’s/bachelor’s degree in public health, medicine, public administration, management, economics, communication or allied areas
- 4+ years of relevant field level work experience in immunization/VPD surveillance/capacity building (or other allied areas) in the public sector
- Experience in development of capacity building training modules, conducting in-person technical training workshops is strongly preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent analytical (qualitative and quantitative) and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Fluency in English & Hindi
- Strong understanding of public health/VPD surveillance/immunization context is preferred
- Experience of developing and customizing multi-faceted tools and aids in a public-sector context is preferred
