You have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in health economics, economics, public health, public policy, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years in health financing or health economics, ideally with publicly funded health-insurance schemes.
- Strong command of health-financing and purchasing mechanisms.
- Applied costing and health-technology-assessment skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including costing and economic modelling.
- Fluency in English. Fluency in Hindi or an additional Indian language is an advantage.
