Join our movement to improve health care quality for cardiovascular patients.
You have:
- 3 years of related experience.
- 3 years of project management experience including creation and adherence to timelines, and communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Highly skilled in clinical resource development including creation of engaging presentations, infographics, tutorials, and various professional education documents.
- Experience in outpatient health care or public health, including clinical, quality improvement, program development, and systems of care improvement.
- Comfortability with clinical quality measures, process improvement, and leveraging data for actionable quality improvement solutions.
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills (both live and virtual) with proficiency in applications including but not limited to PowerPoint, Word, Canva, Microsoft Teams/Outlook.
- Understanding of foundational concepts in data storytelling and identifying trends with intermediate comfortability with Excel and other data reporting tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively engage with volunteers to increase motivation and participation.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time, including overnight stays.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Lean Six Sigma or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience in the outpatient medical field, with a focus on healthcare quality or clinical settings.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
