The volunteer in charge of the production of a Volunteer Rights Information Sheet by duty station. This document will be included in our UN Volunteer Information and Mission Management document.

    The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme is the UN organization that promotes volunteerism to support peace and development worldwide. Volunteerism is an effective way to engage people in tackling development challenges, and it can transform the pace and nature of development. Volunteerism benefits both society as a whole and the individual volunteer by building trust, solidarity and reciprocity among citizens and by deliberately creating opportunities for participation. Nearly 500 volunteers work in the DRC in UN agencies, funds, programs and missions.

  • 6-10 hours per week / 2 weeks

    The online volunteer must have skills in design and in the manipulation of files and tools in MS Excel. Be able to provide pictorial and cartographic information. Information management skills will be a considerable asset.
