You have:
- Experience within a video unit in digital marketing and campaigns would be helpful but not a prerequisite.
- Understanding of digital media techniques, videos, formats and compressions.
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in video editing and digital storytelling.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work with a client (internal and external) to develop a concept and a script/storyboard.
- Ability to problem solve, project manage and multi-task.
- A passion for video that extends to researching and staying at the cutting edge of video filming/editing techniques and trends; connected within the creative community.

YPWC has been serving young people around the world for the past 15 years on issues ranging from education, employment, and health. We are currently looking up to engage young people through more visual materials including videos and would like a volunteer who is interested in providing information through videos for young people. This volunteers videos will be shared on our website and social media channels.
We are looking for 5 online volunteers who will support Young People We Care (YPWC) by producing short, youth-friendly video content for digital outreach.
The work will be divided into clearly defined, task-based assignments as follows:
• Online Volunteer 1: Produce two short explainer videos (1–2 minutes each) introducing YPWC’s mission and youth engagement opportunities. • Online Volunteer 2: Produce two campaign-style videos focused on youth issues such as education and health. • Online Volunteer 3: Produce two interview or case study videos, based on provided scripts, talking points, or recorded footage. • Online Volunteer 4: Produce one event or highlights video and one short social media video adapted for platforms such as Instagram or Facebook. • Online Volunteer 5: Produce two short videos focused on calls to action (e.g. joining YPWC programmes, volunteering, or partnerships).
Each volunteer will work independently on their assigned videos, following shared branding guidelines and content briefs provided by YPWC.
Having experience within a video unit in digital marketing and campaigns would be helpful but not a prerequisite. However, we are also open to looking at ambitious candidates just out of university or their studies looking for a start in their careers.

Additional requirements • Understanding of digital media techniques, videos, formats and compressions • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in video editing and digital storytelling • Producing a variety of videos on a range of topics. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders • Ability to work with a client (internal and external) to develop a concept and a script/storyboard • Ability to problem solve, project manage and multi-task • A passion for video that extends to researching and staying at the cutting edge of video filming/editing techniques and trends; connected within the creative community • Volunteers may use their own preferred video editing tools and software. Final videos should be delivered in commonly used digital formats suitable for web and social media use.
