The Nathan Ebanks Foundation (NEF) is a nonprofit organization, established by the parent of a child with disabiltiies to advocate for and support the participation, inclusion and empowerment of children with disabilities. Located the NEF has been serving children and families through the use of volunteers for the past 14 years. The Virual Parenting Summit was designed as a response to the pressing need to help support parents, families, and professionals during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic. Children with disabilities are now at home all of the time and parents and families are feeling overwhelmed and isolated.
