You have:
- Fresh graduate preferably in business administration, office management.
- Previous procurement or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work as a member of a team is essential.
- Positive courteous and professional attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and written and spoken communication in listed languages.
- Able to maintain composure and prioritize work under pressure.
- Able to work overtime when necessary and be able to coordinate multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Must be computer literate, including Microsoft Word and Excel/Power Point.
- Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
Job Description
- Updating supplier data base. - Updating Material List. - Updating payment tracking sheet. - Updating sole procurement tracking sheet. - Updating the MSA and contracts tracking sheet - Sourcing new suppliers through site visits and online search. - Assist in photocopying, scanning & archiving procurement files. - Assist in reception of goods that are being delivered (cross count/receive items). - Follow-up internally between SC department and Finance department on procurement related transactions. - On behalf of the procurement unit, liaise with the suppliers upon the actual delivery of the items, and coordinate handover to respective programs. - Following the guidance of the procurement staff, assist the logistics department, to ensure that the goods are dispatched along with all the needed documentation (Waybills…) between North offices and centers. - Work closely with procurement team members by providing the necessary support as deemed necessary. - Sending request for feedback regarding suppliers’ performance & update supplier files accordingly.
Deliverables:
- Fully update Procurement folders: data entry+ hard copies filing. - Update Procurement trackers. - Support in sourcing when needed. - Filing of hard copies and follow up for needed documents. - data entry. - archiving. - all deliverables will be verified on a weekly basis.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm
Qualifications
Education: Fresh graduate preferably in business administration, office management.
Work Experience: Previous procurement or Customer Service experience is found relative.
