Role Purpose

Plan International Liberia (PIL) implements a portfolio of donor-funded programs, including the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) HIV, TB and RSSH grant, the World Bank-funded Liberia Women Empowerment Project, alongside other development and humanitarian projects. Procurement and supply chain management (PSM) underpin the timely, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of goods, works and services across this entire portfolio. To strengthen this function on a sustainable, Country Office-wide basis, Plan International Liberia requires a Procurement Lead to provide dedicated leadership and day-to-day supervision of the Country Office procurement team. The role is responsible for the full range of procurement activity across all projects and grants, ensuring that procurement decisions are efficient, compliant with Plan International's corporate procurement standards, and responsive to the needs of programs and operations alike.
