You have:

  • Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent, more education will be given preference
  • Having 2-3 year of experience in similar position in NGO or international companies
  • Applicant should be in good health and fit to be able to pick and put up to 30 KG

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Monitor security of IRC’s storage and supplies to ensure they are kept in safe place, not sign of rodent, pests or animals that can damage the goods inside the storage. - Responsible for the accurate shipping and receiving of pharmaceutical products within the pharmacy warehouse environment. - Pick, pack for shipment, receive and restock a variety of pharmaceutical. - Assist storekeeper checking perishable items expiry date and suggest use of FIFO & FEFO - Assist storekeeper for receipt, count, place of all medicine, pharmaceuticals, NFI commodities coming from oversea or through local purchase. - Assist storekeeper in moving or re-organizing boxes, goods in shelves or suitable location in the warehouse as instructed. - Ensure warehouse goods and equipment are properly handled and organized as per instruction and guidance. - Ensures warehouse/storage/assigned offices are fully clean, tidy, and free from any kind of natural, animal made risks. - Report Medical Logistics or line manager for any unusual signs of pests/rodent manifests, walls/ceiling cracks/water drips on time in the premises. - To ensure daily check is conducted on lights, electricity, ACs, generator, ventilation, exhaust fans and all other equipment are functional in the warehouse. - Any other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor.
