The Partnership Coordinator will contribute to the partnership mandate and deliverables, building on NRC’s existing partnership processes and toolkit. The role requires a diverse set of skills including an understanding of partnership programming in emergencies or development settings and the ability to collaboratively increase national NGOs’ organisational capacity. Critical to successful delivery of partnership mandate, role will be responsible for coordinating and advising on partnership agreement management and other initiatives led by the Partnership Unit. Successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk and compliance and ability to transfer the knowhow to the local partners in line with NRC’s internal policies and procedures and sector standards.
