Partnership Assistant Poland

Background: Since February 2022, people crossed the border out of Ukraine, fleeing the international armed conflict in search of safety and international protection. Poland became the biggest transit and receiving country in the region. NRC and operational partners are supporting the refugees in country.

Activities Overview/Summary: The Partnership Assistant will support Finance and Partnership departments of NRC Poland in the verification of Partners’ financial reports.

Activities:

• Organizing the supporting documents into relevant folders
• Flagging missing supporting documentation according to NRC policy
• Splitting/ merging / renaming pdf files

Qualifications:

• Polish language proficiency essential
• Computer skills (basic Ms Office)
• Min. secondary education
• English as advantage
