Other development programme/project experience
The United Nations Population Fund is developing its Strategic Plan (SP) for 2022-2025. Now, more than ever, we need to think out of the box, be creative and innovative, and deliver on shared goals together. Accordingly, we conducted external consultations with experts, changemakers, and creative thinkers to understand how they believe the future might unfold, based on their journey and field of work. From this exercise several scenarios have emerged from this exercise with significant impacts on our organization. Within this context, the OV will help our team share lessons learned and disseminate scenario planning thinking to Country Offices.
