- Two years of experience in livestock production processes.
- Experience working for NGOs in Norte de Santander.
- Experience with government and non-government rural development programs.
- Knowledge in data management and monitoring systems for agricultural programs.
- Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams.
- Social skills for dialogue with groups and communities.
- Ability to present technical information effectively.
