Overview
Plan, supervise, and monitor the implementation of technical assistance strategies in the agricultural program.
You have:
- Professional in agricultural sciences, zootecnia, veterinary medicine, or related fields or homologated by three years of additional specific experience in agricultural exploitation.
- Minimum three years of work experience in agricultural field and technical assistance.
- Knowledge and proven work experience of two years in agricultural production processes.
- Experience working for one year in development NGOs in Norte de Santander, preferably in the Catatumbo region or other regions in the livestock sector.
- Essential experience in livestock projects and programs, rural development with communities in Tibú and/or municipalities of the Catatumbo or other regions that is verifiable.
- Experience working with governmental and non-governmental rural development programs.
- Experience in managing databases and systems for monitoring and evaluating agricultural and rural development programs.
- Have interdisciplinary teamwork skills and manage interdisciplinary teams.
- Cultural and social knowledge of rural communities of Tibú, intervention zones, and proven experience in community dialogue.
- Knowledge in using Word, Excel (preferably advanced), PowerPoint, Geographic Information Systems, Outlook, social networks and internet.
