Support the implementation of the Security Management System for Mercy Corps Colombia.
You have:
- Professional degree in Administration, Occupational Safety and Health, Military Sciences, Political Science, International Relations, Law, Psychology, or related areas.
- Minimum three (3) years of specific experience in humanitarian security management, corporate security, private security, public security, or risk management.
- Experience in context analysis, risk assessment, development of mitigation plans, and incident management.
- Desirable experience in coordination with humanitarian organizations, public entities, community organizations, or implementing partners.
- Highly desirable experience or knowledge in security management for humanitarian demining operations.
- Knowledge of differential approaches, protection, safeguarding, and gender applied to security management.
- Excellent report writing, analysis, procedures, institutional communications, and accountability skills.
- Ability to organize, analyze, and systematize security and context information.
- Knowledge of geographic information systems and spatial analysis, including ArcGIS, Google Earth, and similar tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and its applications.
- Basic knowledge in the use and management of communication and satellite tracking equipment, including satellite phones, SPOT devices, Starlink, and radio communication equipment.
