Lead the implementation of child protection project activities.

You have:

Título universitario en Psicología, Trabajo Social, Educación, o carreras afines a las Ciencias Sociales.
Mínimo dos años de experiencia en la implementación de programas de protección infantil, de preferencia en contextos humanitarios o de cooperación al desarrollo.
Conocimiento sólido de los principios clave de protección infantil y de estándares internacionales como las Normas Mínimas para la Protección Infantil en la Acción Humanitaria.
Experiencia liderando o coordinando equipos en campo.
Conocimiento del contexto local de Tumbes y comprensión de las dinámicas migratorias y riesgos de protección.
Fluidez en español, oral y escrito.
Dominio de Microsoft Office Suite, especialmente Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook.
