Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and coordination of evaluation activities.
You have:
- University degree in statistics, planning, applied economics, social sciences or other related fields.
- At least three (3) years of experience in Monitoring-Evaluation required, preferably with an NGO.
- Good knowledge of SMART indicators, baselines, logical framework and other Project Management tools.
- Ability to manage field teams and verify the reliability of data.
- Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of quantitative data analysis software (Power BI, CommCare, SPSS, CSPRO, Stata or R).
- Knowledge of cartographic software (ArcGIS, QGIS), MS Project.
- Ability to design forms on digital platforms for field surveys using tablets (using xlsform-ODK collect is an asset).
- Professional ethics, respect for confidentiality and sensitivity required in the function.
- Attention to detail and punctuality in executing assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to manage priorities, strong aptitude for teamwork.
- Excellent command of French and Haitian Creole.
- Ability to work under stress, in conflict and humanitarian emergencies.
