Overview
Ensure coordination and implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities.
You have:
- University degree in statistics, planning, applied economics, social sciences, or related fields.
- At least three (3) years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation required, preferably with an NGO.
- Good knowledge of SMART indicators, baselines, logical framework, and other Project Management tools.
- Ability to manage field teams and verify data reliability.
- Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Knowledge of quantitative data analysis software (Power Bi, CommCare, SPSS, CSPRO, Stata, or R).
- Knowledge of mapping software (ArcGIS, QGIS), MS Project desirable.
- Ability to design forms on digital platforms for field surveys using tablets (Knowledge of xlsform-ODK collect is a plus!).
