Ensure effective management and response to feedback in Haiti program.
You have:
- Diplôme universitaire ou équivalent en sciences sociales, droit, informatique, statistique, etc.
- Au moins trois (3) années d’expérience dans le CARM, de préférence avec une ONG.
- Excellentes compétences en informatique : maîtrise du logiciel MS Office, notamment Excel / Google Sheet et gestion de bases de données.
- Excellentes capacités d'écoute, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles.
- Bonne expérience d'animation et de formation.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression.
- Une capacité manifeste de communication (orale & écrite) en français est requise.
- Capacité de travailler avec une équipe multiethnique culturellement de façon appropriée.
