You have:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the development sector in the Human Resources department.
- Experienced working with refugees and vulnerable groups of people.
- Work experience in an English-speaking context.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Human Resource Management.
