You have:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in the development sector in the Human Resources department.
  • Experienced working with refugees and vulnerable groups of people.
  • Work experience in an English-speaking context.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree with concentration in Human Resource Management.
