The incumbent shall assume the following tasks: 1. **Architecture, research, and planning** - Research current information technology and information technology trends. - Recognize improvement opportunities, make recommendations, and assist in modifying existing and designing new information technology services. **2. Service management** - Review, analyze, and report on key service metrics such as availability, reliability, capacity, usage, and IT performance. - Monitor and report on key software asset metrics. - Monitor and report on adherence to policies and procedures.
